Why an horizontal deodoriser ?

• no reflux of fatty matter and minimum oil entrainment thanks to a vapour suction on the whole length of each level, giving low vapour velocities at any point

• maximum energy recovery via a fully continuous exchange
• minimum steam consumption, 0.5 to 0.8 % sparging steam only which leads to low need in native steam or vacuum unit
